In an effort to limit our exposure to the Covid-19, we'll be shipping out our orders once a week.
All of our Art Prints are printed on-demand, and ships directly from our printer to you. They are experiencing some delays (up to 8-12 business days for production) right now due to Covid-19.
Thank you so much for your support, and we appreciate your patience during this uncertain time.
When Can I Expect My Order?
Right after you place your order you will receive an email confirmation that your order is being processed. Please allow up to 1 week for your order to ship (although it will most likely ship sooner), and 1-3 days (Priority Mail) or 5-7 days (First Class Mail) for your package to arrive. International orders may take up to a month to arrive after shipment. If you need an order sooner, please email email@example.com.
Why Does It Take Up to 1 Week to Process My Order?
Aesthetic Magic is a very small business and can only ship out about once or twice per week. If you need your order sooner, please send an email.
What Shipping Method Do You Use?
We use USPS Priority and First Class Mail.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes! However we are restricted to certain parts of the world at this time due to the coronavirus pandemic. Please note that Aesthetic Magic is not responsible for any additional customs fees or taxes.
Do you offer exchanges?
We offer exchanges for apparel only. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, within 5 days of receipt for exchange authorization.
Items must be returned unworn and with all original tags attached. Any garments returned that are not fit for resale will not be eligible for exchange. No exceptions.
Please note that we do not cover the cost of your return shipment.
What's the return policy?
Due to the nature of the products at Aesthetic Magic we are unable to offer returns unless the product arrives damaged.
Damaged goods must be addressed within 5 days of being received. Please email email@example.com for authorization. Please note that we do not cover the cost of your return shipment.
If you purchase a product from a stockist that is damaged, please contact that stockist directly as a return or exchange would be up to the stores discretion.
What if my package is lost in the mail?
Aesthetic Magic is not liable for lost, misdirected or stolen packages.
